Hydrotherapist in Melksham

Qualified Small Animal Hydrotherapist

Location: Melksham, Wiltshire
Hours: 30–40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Woozelbears Melksham is seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Small Animal Hydrotherapist to join our busy and growing rehabilitation centre.

Applicants should hold, as a minimum, a Level 3 Certificate in Small Animal Hydrotherapy with Treadmill Module. Preference will be given to candidates with a Level 3 Diploma in Small Animal Hydrotherapy. We will also consider candidates who have successfully completed their training and are awaiting formal certification.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with both a hydrotherapy pool and underwater treadmill, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to outstanding patient and client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hydrotherapy treatments for small animals
  • Conduct patient assessments and treatment planning
  • Prepare and submit veterinary reports
  • Complete clinical documentation
  • Manage client communications, bookings, and payments
  • Maintain a clean and professional clinical environment
