Woozelbears was established in 2010 to provide a state of the art rehabilitation centre. We have since expanded to meet the demand of referrals and have several centres providing outstanding hydrotherapy treatment and grooming throughout the UK. 

Charlotte Jarman (Pimm)

  • Founder and CEO of Woozelbears
  • Qualified Small Animal Hydrotherapist
  • Veterinary Physiotherapist – specializing in canine
  • Leading specialist in conditioning the canine athlete
  • Author of the new L3,L4, L5 and L6 Diploma qualifications in Hydrotherapy
  • Lead trainer and assessor
  • Studied Veterinary Health Studies at the University of the West of England, Bristol
  • Previously worked in veterinary nursing
  • Certified K-Laser Specialist
  • Individual member of the CHA, IRVAP and ICH.
  • Competed at Crufts with her Newfoundlands.
  • Enjoys agility, scentwork and working her two pointers Peggy and Neville.

Hannah Johnson

In Burgess Hill


  • Managing Director of our Burgess Hill branch
  • Trained at Woozelbears to gain the Level 3 qualification in Hydrotherapy for Small Animals.

  • Completes regular CPD to keep up to date.
  • Has owned Chesapeake Bay Retrievers for over 20 years and enjoys gun dog work with them

                • Has a keen interest in feline rehabilitation as well as canine

                • Involved in fostering and behavioural rehabilitation of kittens and ferrets

                • Spends far too much time in the office out of hours because her cats don’t let her work at home!



                • Completed an extensive work experience placement at Woozelbears in Melksham before achieving her Level 3 in Small animal Hydrotherapy qualification

                • Previously spent 3yrs completing an apprenticeship in Equine Management before coming over to the ‘dark’ side to work with canines

                • Loves all canines but has a definite soft spot for Labradors, trained into her by her family dog Skipper


                • Completed Level 3 Animal Management whilst working as an Assistant Hydrotherapist

                • Had extensive training in animal health and welfare through previous employment

                • Takes on a variety of roles from organising the team and office management to bathing and drying patients

                • Joined the Woozelbears team in 2016 as the apprentice and has been managing Swindon since 2021

                • Lead trainer of MadMutts Flyball team and has been competing in the sport for 16 years with her own dogs. Competing at national level and competing at Crufts 5 times, winning the Flyball championship 2017
                • Many years of owning and handling dogs with all manner of behavioural challenges
                • Currently studying for her level 3 Grooming qualification.
